Positive effects

Effects on body & mind

What three minutes of dry cold can change in everyday life: more alertness in the afternoon, calmer sleep, a lighter feeling after training. Here is what guests of Cold Chamber Memmingen typically report.

Please note: we cannot promise any cure – every body responds differently to cold therapy. Results also depend on regular sessions of at least 2–3 times a week over a longer period.

From our practice

How the cold chamber shows up in everyday life

Most guests do not come for a single number, but for a feeling: a clear head, lighter legs, a day that feels manageable again. That is where our guidance starts – we look at when in your week a session delivers the most, instead of simply booking a slot.

In practice, regular use over several weeks does far more than isolated visits. Two to three sessions per week is the rhythm our regulars work with, often in the morning before work or straight after training.

  • Right after the session

A wave of warmth, a clear head, relaxed muscles – many guests stay for a few minutes with a tea.

  • After two to three weeks

Handling the cold becomes routine, the session feels shorter and many describe calmer sleep.

  • In training weeks

Ideal on high-load days – short cold instead of a long recovery break.
