Before your appointment
What we discuss before your first visit
At the first appointment we go through a short checklist together: existing conditions, medication, circulation, experience with cold. It takes a few minutes and makes sure you enter the chamber safely and confidently.
Please do not come straight after a large meal or with alcohol in your system. Skin and hair should be dry – moisture on the skin is the most common cause of unpleasant spots at -110 °C.
Come dry
Dry skin and hair, no creams or oils before the session.
Mind your circulation
Not right after a heavy meal, well hydrated, no alcohol.
Ask when unsure
With pre-existing conditions please check with your doctor first – we are happy to advise as well.
