Whole-Body Cold Therapy: A Session at -110 °C

Next, you change into appropriate attire. This means minimal, dry clothing, typically shorts for men and shorts and a top for women. To protect your extremities, we provide you with gloves, socks and shoes, a headband to cover your ears, and a mask to cover your mouth and nose. Then, you step into the chamber. Our system uses vortex cooling technology to maintain a stable, dry temperature of -110 °C.
