Then, you enter the main chamber. The air is exceptionally dry, which is why the cold feels crisp and invigorating rather than the damp, chilling cold you might feel on a winter's day in the Allgäu. A fine, cool mist swirls around you, a result of our vortex cooling technology. You are not alone; a staff member is always observing you through a window and communicating with you. During your time in the chamber, you are encouraged to move gently, perhaps by walking slowly in a small circle, to ensure the cold is distributed evenly.
