We provide all the necessary protective gear: gloves, socks, clogs, and a headband to cover your ears. It is important that both your skin and clothing are completely dry.
When you are ready, you will step into the main chamber. Thanks to our advanced vortex cooling system, the air is circulated gently, ensuring an even temperature distribution without any harsh, direct drafts. The session itself lasts for a maximum of three minutes. You will not be alone; a staff member will be right outside, communicating with you through a window and intercom for the entire duration. During the session, we encourage you to move gently, perhaps by walking slowly in a circle, to help keep your circulation active.
