LOVE (after the first few days):
- Load: Gradually reintroduce movement and light exercise as your pain allows. This mechanical stress is vital for stimulating tissue repair and rebuilding strength.

The experience involves two chambers. First, you will spend about 30 seconds in a pre-chamber set to around -60 °C. This allows your body to acclimatise to the dry cold. Then, you will step into the main chamber, where the temperature is a stable -110 °C. The air is filtered and contains almost no humidity, which is why the cold feels tingling and crisp on your skin, rather than the damp, biting cold you might associate with a winter's day in the Allgäu.
